3. You will receive a confirmation text and a text when we are approaching with your order. Your delivery will arrive in an unmarked vehicle. Your driver will confirm your identity, collect cashless payment (with a 2.5% CC service fee) and deliver your order directly to you. Enjoy!

What are your delivery hours?
Monday-Saturday (25 mile radius) – New Castle & Sussex County
Order between 9:00-12:00 for 1:00-5:00 delivery
Tuesday (No delivery radius) – New Castle, Kent County & Sussex County
Order between 9:00-12:00 for 1:00-5:00 delivery
Sunday (25 mile radius) – New Castle & Sussex County
Order between 10:00-12:00 for 1:00-4:00 delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to a 25 mile radius from the dispensary. We cannot deliver to schools, churches, or federally subsidized buildings If you live in an apartment complex, please meet our driver at the lobby entrance of your building. We’ll give you a 5 minute grace period, once we’ve arrived at the delivery location
How can I pay for delivery?
We currently only accept credit and debit cards for delivery. There is a 2.5% processing fee.
Is there an order minimum for delivery?
Yes there is an order minimum of $150.
Can I use loyalty points on my delivery order?
No, unfortunately loyalty points are only redeemable in store and can not be redeemed for delivery orders
Who Can Order Delivery?
Active Delaware Medical Cannabis patients can order delivery through First State Compassion. The individual that accepts the delivery must show their active Delaware medical marijuana card at the time of delivery and match the personal information entered upon checkout.

Simply add products to cart, select ‘curbside pickup’ at checkout, and choose a time slot. You’ll get a confirmation text for your order and time slot. Once you arrive during your time slot, our team will confirm your identity, MMJ & payment (with a 2.5% CC service fee) and bring your order directly to you. Super convenient!
- Place your curbside pickup order Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-5pm
- Choose a time slot and arrive during that time, park in spot 1 or 2
- Call us once you’ve arrived and we’ll bring your order to you
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
If a storm system develops causing lightning strikes within a 5-mile radius of an FSC dispensary, we will temporarily close for 30-minutes. This procedure will be implemented per each witnessed lightning strike for the safety of our patients and employees.
