We have a no-return/no-refund policy on most FSC items. However, we will work with patients to find something else that might help bring them relief from the pain and discomfort of their condition.

This return policy is similar to that of a local pharmacy: You wouldn’t return your prescription drug if your symptoms didn’t go away – you’d try something else.

Faulty cartridges are the only variation to this policy: Faulty cartridges can be returned for an exchange within 3 days of purchase (Sundays and holidays not included). Patients who notify us within 3 days of purchase have 7 days from the notification date to bring the cartridge back for exchange. Patients who purchase multiple cartridges at once are advised to test them all before the 3 days expire.
